It is said that seeing someone sleep reveals their characteristics. We all have a favored sleeping position, but we may not realize how much it says about ourselves and our health.
Six sleeping postures reveal the sleeper's personality.
"Curling up like a baby" is a frequent sleep posture. Safe and pleasant baby-style side sleeping. Sleepers need security. A naïve, weak, fetal-position sleeper may appear tough.
You'll sleep peacefully on one side. This sleeping position shows reliability and sociability. You're the gang's queen. If you sleep this way, you enjoy and trust others.
Widespread one-sided sleeping. Two-sided sleeping is friendly. Side-sleeping reduces snoring and aids digestion.
Right-side smokers and drinkers are less creative than left-side sleepers.
Back sleepers wake up rejuvenated. Sleeping on your back shows confidence. Most back sleepers are 25–34.
Stomach sleepers rank last. Sleeping facedown can hurt pregnant women's necks. Stomach sleepers are more sociable. You're sometimes brash. Your insecurity hates criticism.
